At Wild Forest, Calm Mind, we understand that plans can change and we want to be as fair and flexible as possible. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are managed for our workshops, events, and services
Cancellations by Participants

If you cancel 7 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees).

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, we may not be able to offer a refund, but we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future workshop or provide a credit.

No refunds are available for non-attendance without prior notice.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
